Predict is a Romanian metal fabrication company specializing in custom metal products for a wide range of industries. INITIAL SITUATION:
At the time of the project, Predict was operating in a single-shift system with just two skilled workers: a welder and a grinder. Their main focus was on producing metal table legs and grills, with several large orders scheduled to come in. While they were trying to hire an additional welder, the talent shortage made it impossible to scale production fast enough. The lack of skilled labor was causing delays, limiting capacity, and increasing pressure on the existing team.

THE SOLUTION
