    Our client is a well-established auto service company in Romania, with over 30 years of experience and two operational centers. Their comprehensive services include:

    • ●     Vehicle repair and maintenance (mechanics, diagnostics, painting)
    • ●     ITP (periodic technical inspection)
    • ●     Wheel alignment and ADAS calibration
    • ●     Tire services (vulcanization), towing, and car rental

    The service centers operate 6 days a week, managing a high volume of clients throughout the year.


     

    INITIAL SITUATION

    The nature of automotive work generated constant dirt, dust from mechanical activity, debris and mud from vehicles entering and exiting, and more. Although the company had staff assigned to cleaning duties, manual cleaning was difficult to keep up with.

    High activity levels meant that dirt accumulated quickly, impacting the visual cleanliness, workplace safety, and overall operational efficiency.

    Key pain points included:

    THE SOLUTION
