European Food International x Robot Industries
THE CLIENT
European Food International is a major food producer, active in Romania and across international markets—from Hungary and Spain to Colombia and Saudi Arabia. Founded in 1990, they’ve built a reputation for consistency, quality, and high-volume output. But with growth came new challenges: increasing demand, tighter timelines, and rising pressure on internal teams.

THE CHALLENGE
Before automation, their end-of-line operations were fully manual:
Operators were palletizing, wrapping, and moving goods across the warehouse
● Human error led to delays and inconsistencies
● Physically demanding work posed safety risks
● Processes were time-consuming and hard to scale
But as volumes grew and efficiency became non-negotiable, they needed a better way to keep things flowing—fast, safe, and with fewer delays, without interrupting production or overloading their team.

THE SOLUTION
We teamed up to build a fully integrated system that keeps their packaging lines running like clockwork and fits seamlessly into their existing lines, ensuring there are no disruptions or interrupted operations. The system begins with automated pallet dispensers, which deliver pallets directly to the robotic palletizing cells, ensuring a continuous and efficient workflow.
Once the palletizing is complete, each pallet is seamlessly transferred to an automated stretch-wrapping station, guaranteeing consistent packaging quality. From there, an automated lift lowers the finished pallet to ground level, where it is picked up by autonomous logistics robots. These robots transport the pallets to the designated storage area—completing the process without any manual intervention.
THE RESULTS
Let’s just say… the difference was visible. European Food operates with a more efficient, safer, and scalable system, without needing to increase headcount.
Following the integration of robotic palletizing and intralogistics systems, our client experienced measurable improvements across multiple areas:
● Productivity increased by 25%. The automation of palletizing significantly accelerated cycle times and improved overall workflow efficiency.
● Fewer errors and reduced downtime: Stable, consistent operations led to a noticeable decrease in manual handling mistakes and process interruptions.
● Enhanced workplace safety: Employees were transitioned away from repetitive, physically demanding tasks and reassigned to safer, more strategic roles, boosting team morale and long-term retention.
● Stronger customer confidence: With more reliable packaging and on-time deliveries, the company earned greater trust from both local and international clients, reinforcing its reputation for quality and consistency.
This is how automation should feel: smooth, stress-free, and built to grow with the business.
For European Food, it was about gaining time, improving quality, and building confidence across the supply chain. They didn’t just upgrade their machines, they upgraded how they work.
